We are very lucky that we have a group of lovely, devoted people
working at the Cairn. All our staff are encouraged to take an interest
in the making of our homemade produce. You will quite often find
them baking scones or a mouth watering carrot cake in the morning
before people arrive for lunch.
In the beginning we had quite an array of nationalities working
at the Cairn which made it a nice environment to work in with all
the different cultures and dialects in amongst what must seem at
times as organised chaos.
From Fiona and Andrew a huge thank you to all our staff past and
present for making it happen. May it continue.
